Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.
While we use industry-standard methods, ZapMyCarpet is not liable for damage to carpets due to pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or failure to disclose material sensitivity before service.
You agree to provide accurate information, ensure access to the cleaning area, and remove valuables from service areas. We are not responsible for items left unattended.
